"I called to set up a appointment and they were very flexible with when they can come out. They arrived right on time. I took him through the house to show him some of the stains. I had a mattress in one of the rooms that I wanted moved, but couldn't lift myself. He moved the mattress for me so we could get the whole carpet. The carpet looks great and he was very fast (about a hour for 5 rooms, a hallway and stairs). I've had Oxymagic before and it actually keeps the carpets clean- when I've tried Steam Cleaning businesses the stains seem to reappear once the carpet is dry. I recommend Oxymagic (now I just have to keep the carpets clean until I move out)!"
