"I don't give five stars very often, but Oxymagic gets it in this case. When I emailed for an appointment initially, I was told they were booked up for 2 solid weeks, but that they would let me know if a spot came open. Less than a week later, I got a note back saying there had been a cancellation at a time that would work for us, and they showed up 30 minutes before he said he would. Since he was early, he helped move furniture, then went right to work and knocked out three rooms in less than an hour. The carpets look fantastic, and I put a fan on them and they were dry in less than an hour as well. Oxymagic's prices are reasonable enough that I will be asking them back frequently for carpet cleanings whether the floors are stained or not. Again, very impressed with Oxymagic overall. You won't be disappointed!"
