“I don’t give five stars very often, but Oxymagic gets it in this case.

When I emailed for an appointment initially, I was told they were booked up for 2 solid weeks, but that they would let me know if a spot came open. Less than a week later, I got a note back saying there had been a cancellation at a time that would work for us, and they showed up 30 minutes before he said he would. Since he was early, he helped move furniture, then went right to work and knocked out three rooms in less than an hour. The carpets look fantastic, and I put a fan on them and they were dry in less than an hour as well.

Oxymagic’s prices are reasonable enough that I will be asking them back frequently for carpet cleanings whether the floors are stained or not.

“Rob came to my house today and did a FANTASTIC job. I got a flyer in the mail which is how I heard about him, price was VERY affordable, he arrived in the time frame he told me, he took about an hour just like he told me and my rugs were in VERY ROUGH shape due to horrible pet stains. Now they look EXCELLENT minus the bleach stains (we all know once something is bleached it’s ruined). I have to say the way Rob did my carpets the bleach stains are no where near as noticeable as before and ALL the other non-bleach stains CAME OUT!!! I was so impressed and very happy. I will always call him now and will refer him first to anyone I know looking for carpet cleaning!! Thanks”

“I called to set up a appointment and they were very flexible with when they can come out. They arrived right on time. I took him through the house to show him some of the stains. I had a mattress in one of the rooms that I wanted moved, but couldn’t lift myself. He moved the mattress for me so we could get the whole carpet. The carpet looks great and he was very fast (about a hour for 5 rooms, a hallway and stairs). I’ve had Oxymagic before and it actually keeps the carpets clean- when I’ve tried Steam Cleaning businesses the stains seem to reappear once the carpet is dry. I recommend Oxymagic (now I just have to keep the carpets clean until I move out)!”
